My original is brittle and graphics near kaput. This dial arrived and I've nothing but praise for the material and workmanship.
However! Smaller than original in diameter. Nail holes are inset from original. This will require me to take care and pre-align before pinning to case. Not a huge deal. Considering the quality. It's just not a drop and go dial. I will buy again. A 37-84

The original dial was cracked in two places and stained. I entered the part number into Google and this web page was on top. The dial arrived the same day I sprayed my last clear coat. I love my "new", 79 year old radio!

Replaced the old faded and crumbling original in a 37-84 Philco. The two pre-punched holes for nailing the dial did not match the original nail location, but it was a simple matter to move the dial a little upward so that the tuning capacitor shaft went through the middle of the dial. I used scotch tape to fasten the dial temporarily so as to find the correct placement for the shaft hole. I then drilled one additional hole at the top of the dial and used small (must be short) nails to permanently attach the dial. The amber color the dial with the light behind it was very nice.
