Great looking grill cloth that works with many antique radios

This is a great, very good quality grill cloth. My only complaint is that it needs to be available in larger sizes. When I do a console radio, I typically waste 40% of the fabric, which ain't cheap. Really need to be able to by 36" wide pieces.

Hard to tell from original!

I've bought from Radio Daze several times over the past 8 years or so, and as always, I'm 100% pleased with all aspects of this purchase. The grille cloth is extremely accurate in pattern to the original Philco cloth, and it was easy to work with. I had a fairly easy time getting the straight lines to stay straight, unlike other repro grille cloth in the past. Tip: I steam ironed the piece which I had cut to size for installation, as it is much easier to keep from wrinkling on the board. Watch out for the type of glue, if any, that you use. I used automotive headliner spray glue, and that requires waiting a few minutes for it to become tacky. There must be NO wet blobs, as those will show through the cloth permanently. To sum up, I'd buy strictly from here when I need reproduction grille cloth in the future.

Very pleased with this repro. Looks like a perfect match for my Philco 38-9 and several other Philco sets. It has a nice vintage look, too. Like an extremely well preserved original cloth. Highly recommended.
