Sales Tax

NEW YORK STATE CUSTOMERS

We are required by law to collect 8% New York state sales tax from residents or companies in New York. New York businesses must submit a tax exempt certificate to avoid being charged sales tax. These tax exempt certificates are kept on file for 1 year. Each new year our sales dept will contact you for a new certificate to verify this tax exemption is still in place.
